Effective Date: September 6, 2026

Maninnpro is committed to upholding and protecting the fundamental human rights of our employees, partners, and the communities in which we operate. This Human Rights Policy is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, and internationally recognized human rights principles. Our goal is to ensure a safe, inclusive, and ethical work environment throughout our business operations and supply chain.

1. Fair Labour Practices and Safe Working Conditions

We are dedicated to providing a workplace that promotes dignity, respect, and fairness.

● Non-Discrimination and Equal Opportunity: We do not tolerate any form of discrimination based on race, gender, pregnancy, marital status, ethnic or social origin, sexual orientation, age, disability, or religion. All employment decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and business needs.

● Safe and Healthy Workplace: Maninnpro ensures a safe, hygienic, and healthy working environment. We proactively implement health and safety measures to prevent workplace accidents and injuries.

● Fair Compensation and Working Hours: We ensure that our employees are compensated fairly and in compliance with national minimum wage laws. Working hours will not exceed the maximum limits set by applicable South African Labour laws, and overtime is always voluntary and compensated appropriately.

2. Prohibition of Child Labour and Protection of Young Workers

Maninnpro strictly prohibits the use of child labour within any part of our operations or supply chains. We recognise that child labour deprives children of their childhood, potential, and dignity, and is harmful to their physical and mental development.

● Minimum Age Requirements: In strict accordance with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, we do not employ any person under the age of 15 years.

● Protection of Young Workers: Should we legally employ young persons between the ages of 15 and 17, we guarantee that the work will not interfere with their schooling or educational activities. Furthermore, young workers will never be permitted to perform hazardous tasks or work that places their well-being, education, physical, or mental health at risk.

● Supply Chain Due Diligence: We expect all suppliers, contractors, and business partners to adhere to these strict child labour prohibitions. We reserve the right to audit our supply chain partners and will immediately terminate relationships with any entity found violating these standards.

3. Eradication of Forced Labour and Modern Slavery

Maninnpro condemns all forms of forced, involuntary, or compulsory labour, including debt bondage and human trafficking.

● Voluntary Employment: All work performed for Maninnpro must be offered voluntarily by the employee. Workers are free to terminate their employment with reasonable notice as per their contracts.

● Freedom of Movement: We do not confiscate or withhold personal documents, identification, passports, or wages as a means to force employment.

4. Freedom of Association and Grievance Mechanisms

We respect our employees' rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining without fear of reprisal, intimidation, or harassment.

● Open Communication: We foster an environment where employees can communicate openly with management regarding working conditions.

● Reporting Mechanisms: Maninnpro provides confidential and accessible channels for reporting any suspected human rights violations, including instances of discrimination, forced labour, or child labour. We enforce a strict non-retaliation policy for individuals who report violations in good faith, and any acts of retaliation will result in disciplinary action.

Our commitment to human rights is an ongoing process of assessment, mitigation, and continuous improvement. By integrating these principles into our daily operations, Maninnpro strives to be an ethical corporate citizen that positively impacts society while protecting the most vulnerable.
