While we strive for swift processing, we do not control the turnaround times, system downtimes, or final decisions of these third-party government entities.
● Verification Services (MIE Approved): For background screenings (criminal, credit, qualifications), Maninnpro acts as an MIE-approved agent. Client Obligation: You warrant that you have obtained the explicit, written, and lawful consent of the individual (Data Subject) being verified before requesting any background checks through our platform.
● Consulting and Auditing: Recommendations and strategies provided by Maninnpro are based on the information supplied by the Client. The Client is solely responsible for implementing business decisions.
3. Client Obligations and Accuracy of Information
To provide effective services, we rely on the information you provide. You agree to:
● Provide accurate, current, and complete information required for registrations, audits, and verifications.
● Promptly update us on any changes to your information.
● Acknowledge that any delays, rejections, or penalties incurred due to false, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by you are solely your responsibility.
4. Fees, Payment Terms, and Refunds
● Quotations: All quotes are valid for a period of 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
● Payment: Full payment, or an agreed-upon deposit, is required before we commence any administrative work, CIPC lodgements, or MIE verifications.
● Refunds: Our services are subject to our formal Customer Care and Refund Policy. Statutory fees paid to regulatory bodies (e.g., CIPC) and fees for initiated verification checks are strictly non-refundable.
5. Privacy and Data Protection (POPIA)
